ive purchased a new gift pass an unable to enter it as it keeps saying " hold on sec" and does nothing ???

any ideas the code is valid as ive tried to enter it an it hasn't been used...an don't expire for another 6 weeks

Hi, I am having the same problem,have been trying for two days now...If I cant enter my pass by tonight, I will be charged straight from my account tomorrow so presume I can request a refund when this is sorted?

PS its no longer Now TV, since March the company is just "NOW" also they don't call them passes anymore, it is "Memberships".
