hard reset

I did a hard reset on my box as i havent been able to watch it due to buffering issues.

However the issue i have now is i have to set up account again and can do it as it kerps logging me into my account butvmy tv says i need to enter a code help

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Are you seeing a six digit code on your TV screen, where it is asking you to go to NowTV.com/tv with your smartphone, tablet or PC ?

 

If so have a read of step 5 of this help guide where there is a green link in the step 5 section which will take you to the webpage to enter the code that you see on your television set.

 

Step 5 should also be relevant to NowTV boxes & NowTV sticks should you ever factory reset them.
