Why has the Kids channel now started showing repeated adverts? It seems that every few minutes there are 3 to 4 adult-directed adverts playing. this is not only completely inappropriate for a 3-year-old but also incredibly stressful when their favourite tv programme keeps stopping and they don't understand what an advert is. This never used to happen and to be honest, if it keeps happening I WILL be cancelling.
Also, whats with guiding people to the Chatbot to contact you, but then just going around in circles and the chatbot not letting you talk to anyone?!
