I have seen on the other thread you posted on that you are a TalkTalk customer using their Youview box.
If signing out of the NOW App and rebooting the Youview box and logging back into the NOW App doesn't clear the error message.
Then also perhaps see if anybody over on the TalkTalk Community Forum knows of a solution.
A Factory Reset seems to solve this.
But while that’s pretty much a no-brainer on the zapper (non-recording) YouView boxes, it will lose all the recordings off a recording box, which is perhaps not what you want.
If you still have the issue on a recording box, post again (preferably only in one place!) with your YouView box model, and I will provide details of more targeted resets you can try.
