Temple wrongly showing as not available on Samsung Smart TV

Using my NOWTV stick I can no longer watch TEMPLE; if I use my tablet, it still shows show available till January, but won't let me cast to my TV.


If I use TV's NOW app also available, but much worse resolution.

Try clearing the cache on the TV.

Using SEARCH on my Stick, it showed Temple as available.

You title says you can’t get it on your Samsung TV, but lower down you say you can get it on the Samsung TV app,  albeit at much worse resolution.


But how can it be worse resolution? Your TV will show the programme at 1080p if it is a Full HD TV and you have Boost. Otherwise, it will show at 720p, either native on an HD ready TV, or upscaled to 1080p on a Full HD TV.


But both the app and the Stick will drive your TV in exactly the same way to exactly the same resolution, surely?


Then you say you can’t get it on the Stick, but then you say you can get it on the Search on the Stick. So it’s on the Search, but won’t play?



Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
