Hi folks so I am a new Nowtv broadband customer I have to say the service has been ok but my Broadband speed is That BAD I am only getting 2 mb if that I was told I would get over 50mb … obv it’s no good like this so how do I get it sorted .. I have done the checks online every thing says it’s Ok.. but it’s not… speed poor loading of pages … who do I contact and how do I contact to address this problem… thanks folks

Has it been 10 days since the broadband became active?

Thanks for the reply, it’ll be active 7 days on this Monday coming.. maybe I am being impatient who knows.. however I have logged my problem with nowtv so we will see what happens eh….
