What playback device are you using ?
If you are using a NowTV Box or Stick then perhaps try going through these trouble shooting steps.

Should none of the trouble shooting steps makes any difference, then go into your Box or Stick settings and under Audio play around with the different Audio options (start with stereo and work your way down the list of options).
