Should the sky kids app work with my Now TV kids entertainment pass

Should the sky kids app work with my Now TV kids entertainment pass.

Have the entertainment pass for kids to watch on now TV, but would like to set up kids ipad so they can watch sky kids app but it doesnt seem to accept my now tv id / password

 

any advice appreciated

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. The Sky Kids app is only for Sky TV subscribers, if you aren't currently a Sky TV subscriber then the kids app won't work. NOW TV have their own Kids Pass which you can buy if interested - children then access the content via the Kids section of the NOW TV app. More details here
