I bought an entertainment pass and the code says expired so i contacted an advisor called Laishram. He refused point blank to help me saying he needs a receipt. The pass has NO expiry date on it and i bought from a retailer. He refused to give me a new code so i am basically left with no 3 months entertainment pass.
He was so disrespectful and awkward.
How can i get this fixed?

you said you bought it from a retailer if you have the receipt simply return it and explain what you have been told.Also when did you buy the pass as I think there is a time limit from purchase to activation.I personally buy a new pass 2 days before current one runs out and activate that day.
