Are you using a YouView box connected to your TV ?
If that's the case, the YouView boxes only currently support on demand movies and you won't be able to use your nowtv entertainment pass with this device.

If you are using a different device, then post back more information about the type of device or smart TV when attempting to watch nowtv entertainment on.
