Payments

hi

I cancelled my now tv package last Oct both entertainment and sky movies however you have still continued to take a 11.99 3 payments from my account I paid 

 

8th Oct 7.99 9th Oct 11.99 cancelled my account on both due to having sky fitted 

I then had a further payment of 11.99 taken on the 21 Oct 10th Jan then the 10th Feb 

I would like a refund please for those 3 payments

We would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund. (Not the chat bot)
