I went online to cancel both my cinema and entertainment passes and was offered a reduced payment for 4 months - both of which I accepted. I received an email from cinema to say pass cancelled followed by offer applied - no issue there. I received an offer applied email for entertainment pass and then the cancelled one several hours later. Went on to watch entertainment a couple of days later and it stated pass cancel - to reactivate I had to rejoin and pay full amount. Any ideas how I can get this rectified to cheaper rate. Live chat isnt available.
