@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. There's two sets of parental controls, one for NOWTV pass content and the other for broadband. Pop onto My Account > Parental Controls page
just to make sure you've set the broadband controls to a suitable level and if they're definitely set and not working give the broadband team a call and they should be able to look into it. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
and click the Moving Home section.
