Parental Pin

For some reason my NowTv app is asking for a parental pin? In the many many years I’ve had NowTv subscription I’ve never set this up or had it pop up before? Im watching episodes of a tv show I have been watching many episodes of this week without issue.

I’m not watching live content so I don’t understand why it’s asking for it. I’ve gone to settings and it’s turned off.

The parental PIN is only required for Live channels I understand. As I still do not have one set up and have never been asked for one. 

Could be a random glitch. What device are you using? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
