Over charged

Hello I am being over charged for bundles. I have tried for over a month to communicate this but to no avail. The Nowbots do not help as they only allow you to pick options and I have even spoken to someone in the broadband department as that was the only human contact that seems to be available and they were unable to help. I need some assistance as soon as possible
