Offer of free 7 day membership I’m already a member

Every time l try to access now tv it wont budge of scan code 7 days free trial. I’m an entertainment member already. I’m 80 years of age and find this very frustrating and my niece has to pop round to sort me out. How can l stop this happening

How are you trying to watch NOW? 

Do you have an Amazon fire stick or a NOW stick? 

Is the device being left logged in with your details? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
