I signed up under a banner that it was half price for an entertainment pass. But was charged 15 or full price.
The mechanism to get the half price only appeared when I cancelled after two months.
I got entertainment and cinema pass. Paid 60 euro . Now owe me 30.
There is no mechanism to apply to this so bi will have to live with the loss of the money.
