Membership

Hi I just paid for a entertainment membership and it is still saying I haven't got a membership even though the money has left my bank ?

Sometimes a sign out and unplugging the power to your playback device and then a reboot and sign back in on your playback devices can trigger a TV Membership.

If nothing works and you definitely only have one NOW account then jump over to live chat for further assistance by clicking on the green chat online button from this link page below.

Forget to add to check your email address or username and to log out and back in again go to the My Account tile box where on most NOW playback devices it's on the bottom grid row from the NOW main home screen.
