Maximum registered devices exceeded

 I removed an ex partner off my now tv a few month back and changed the password and for the past 2 months it has kicked me off at the beginning of every month so I watch 2 days NowTV a month for the past 2 month and that’s it, would it be possible to put it back on my Xbox from your side? Or do I have to try again and hope 3rd month lucky? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.

Then once reset play some Now TV content on the devices you want to re register (maximum of four).
