I’ve just bought an app that says it’s comparable with Roku
its called body fx
its says to search for it and then click add app, but when I search it isn’t there . Is there a reason why ?

Are you using a fully blown Roku Player and not a NowTV branded device which only has limited number of Apps which doesn't include the Body FX (fitness App) ?
