I paid for my entertainment pass on the 12th off july and it's now saying I have 2 pay 4 a new one. But as I paid on the 12th off july. My next payment shouldn't be due till the 12th off August. Please could u tell me why this has happened or sort it out 4 me please Pauline grundy
