I have just purchased 3month entertainment package. I can not view this on the tv ? The money had gone out of my account

Have tried opening the NOW App from your TV and then navigate down to the My Account tile box (bottom grid row).
Then click on the My Account tile box and sign out of the App, then sign back in with the NOW account login details you used to purchase the Entertainment package offer on.
Also what happens if you try another NOW supported playback device ?

What TV have you got?
Do you have the Now app on it, and you are having difficulty logging in, which @schnapps covers above?
But if you don’t have the Now app on your TV at all, then an Amazon Firestick, or a Roku Express, would be the best and most seamless way of accessing Now to watch on your TV.
