When paying for entertainment pass get right to the end of paying for it all info correct and then right at the end it says there was an error whilst paying but all details are correct? Is this an issue at NowTV’s end?

If a different internet browser doesn't help and you are not using a VPN or trying to purchase the TV Membership when outside the country and your bank card has been used previously elsewhere.
Then jump over to NOW live chat to see if they can figure out why you can't pay for the TV Membership you are after.

Another thing you can try before getting in touch with NOW live chat, is if you have a smartphone with mobile internet data on it, then see if the TV Membership purchase goes through or you still get the same error message.
