Hi my 18 month grandson got my tv controls
And activated my entertainment package.
I have cancelled my pass.
Will I be charged.

Get in Touch with live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask them for a refund.
Make sure that you also cancel the pass fully by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here, where once cancelled you should see cancelled next to the Entertainment Pass and hopefully you will get an email notification saying you have cancelled a pass.
Also to prevent this happening again in the future, go to My Account > Settings & Pin's and setup a Payment Pin to your account.
