I am so fed up of this crap company. I am so frustrated and they are wasting my time.
If a now tv member with an actually knowledge could help me, it will be great.
I have paid, but the app is not working for the past 3days. On live chat, they told me they will leave a note on the system and to call costumer serive. Guess what? Costumer service read the note and could not help me. They send me back to the live chat again.
Anyone could help to resolve this issue or not?
They took my money but my entertainment pass is still not working. I just want to have my money back to never use this crappy service again. Anyone had the same issue before?
