Entertainment pass channel list

I've just signed up for a year to Movies and Entertainment.  When I looked on the Now TV website, it stated that there are 14 channels on the ENTERTAINMENT pass.  Other websites such as Uswitch say 12 channels.  However, I'm only getting 11 channels.  Why is there so much conflicting information?  I feel cheated out of 3 channels...

With a nowtv entertainment pass there are currently 11 number live channels offered on their service, together with Challenge, Pick, Vice, ABC studios, ITV that doesn't offer any live streams and provide selected boxset TV shows.
