Entertainment channel

I am paying for the channel but nothing works just says " oops something went wrong " then you have to go back says this for all channels on entertainment

What device are you using to watch?

 

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

 

If its a Now TV device like the Stick have you tried to set it back to factory settings?

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
