Hi
I just clicked on the offer saying - 'Entertainment Membership - 2 months for the price of 1 - only £9.99'. I just wanted to stream The Good Doctor.
On the next page I again chose 'Entertainment Membership' for £9.99 and NOT 'Cinema Membership' which was advertised at around £19. It said that the Entertainment Membership would be for 2 months and renew on 13th January 2023.
Once I had purchased the Entertainment package, I look at my account and it says that I have purchased the Cinema Package which does not allow me to watch the show I originally got it for. It also is still asking me to pay £9.99 per month (renewing on 13th December) to watch the entertainment package.
This is either very clever false marketing to get people to part with their money, or a massive mistake.
Please advise - I have covid and just wanted to watch a good series!
Thanks
Emma
