Hi I got an email saying I get 9months free kids pick now when I go in to pick it says purchase on it but it’s supposed to be free can anyone help how to get this please

I've had the pass unilaterally added too. Talking to Customer Services, they assume that I have kids come to visit purely to watch my TV As an adult male, single with no children and in the last 5 years have never had the kids it's actually insulting to presume that I want to sit and watch children's TV.
