Disney plus

Hi,

I have recently downloaded the Disney plus app but unable to log in due to the fact no keyboard appears for me to type my details in!!🙈 help!

If I’m not mistaken you should get the option to login via the app on your phone as long as they are connected to the same Wi-fi. This I use to save me typing anything, because I’m lazy haha.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Sorry, but where is any Now involvement in this?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
