Hi,

can anyone help please?

I can’t find Disney Plus on my Now tv App Store, I have the black now tv stick, and even after I did a system update there are still the same 38 apps available to download but no Disney. Thanks

Have you checked under Film & TV instead of Most Popular under your Stick Apps Store ?

Glad you got it sorted 👍.

When the Disney + App first became available on my NowTV box Apps Store, the Disney + App was showing in both the Most Popular and Film & TV category which you would normally expect.

I don't know why the Disney + App has disappeared from the Most Popular section on the NowTV Apps Store (Perhaps it's a short term temporary glitch).

I have a Now TV box and the Disney Plus app is not visible anywhere

You are not using a white NowTV box by any chance, which doesn't support the Disney + App.
