Contact number

I have been trying to contact now tv you don't have a number and online chat is never on! I got a pass with Merlin with the stick and pass code will not work! It states offer expired however in the small print it expires end of Dec and I have been trying since Sept to apply pass and contact now tv. Getting really annoyed.

Live chat does not work and sent email 2 weeks ago never had a reply. Will be cancelling nowtv nothing but issues and poor service.
