I have the same problem tonight after I updated the app and IOS on my iPad, was working fine before these updates, working fine on the box , so isn’t an account issue

A lot of people seem to be having the same issue so its defo something on their end
me or my dad cant watch anything either
theyre probably busy trying to fix it and have loads of people messaging them right now though so i guess replies will be slow

I missed the whole second jalf of the QPR Millwall match - is there any chance of a refund?
Not that it would make up for the hour of my life spent fannying around in complete frustration that I'll never get back... but they should not profit from such a poor service (which is normally fine I should say)
