Charge without authorisation

Hi I got email just now informing 7.99 £ are charged on my card for monthly pass to entertainment. I haven't requested those channels. If my 2 years son may playing with remote and accidentally pressed some keys. In all these situations nowtv has to ask for my authorisation before charging on my card. It looks we made mistake by sharing our card details with NowTv. Please look into this and make sure my 7.99£  will deposit back to my account.

Jump over to live chat and explain to them what's happened where they should be able to give you a refund.

 

With regards to prevent unauthorised family members such has little ones accidentally buying an unwanted pass on your account, then add a payment security pin to your account.

 

You can do this by going to My Account on here and from the menu options select Settings & Pins where there will be an option to setup a 4 digit pin code.
