Cancellations

I am trying to cancel Hayu and boost that I never signed up for,I follow the instructions but there isn’t any cancel button next to the links!it’s so frustrating not to be able to phone and spk to a human!🤬

How did you take out the memberships?

Was it on the website or the app on your phone/tv? If it was the latter then you need to go to the relevant store to manage the subscriptions.

Used my tv,I have searched and searched!even rang the bank to stop payments,but took for them again this month.

And what sort of store does your TV take?

Google? 
Amazon?

If it’s Google you can manage this on your Google account under subscriptions.
