There is no option to cancel my voucher

My Account/Passes & vouchers , select the Pass and choose Cancel.
You can’t Cancel while the payment cycle for the upcoming month is taking place; could this be the issue?

Yes, you are in effect giving notice not to renew when you Cancel, but this can be anything from 30 days in advance down to as little as 2 days in advance. And maybe even 1 day, though as above, you might run into the payment cycle problem, so that is cutting it too fine.
But OK, you report that is not your issue here,
So, at which point in ‘go to My Account/Passes & vouchers, select the Pass, and choose Cancel’ do things go wrong, and in what way?
