Bought Now TV Entertainment pass, but it says I don't have the pass?

Hi, I bought the Entertainment Pass today, however when I logged in and tried to watch TV shows on the Entertainment section it wouldn't let me watch and said I had no TV pass. Is there any way I could get the Entertainment pass to work?

What device are you using ?

 

If it's a YouView Box, then currently you can only use a nowtv cinema pass with this type of device, until more different type of nowtv passes are available to use which will be added sometime this year (no official confirmed date yet when this will happen mind).
