Boost - still got ads on kids

I have entertainment and boost, understood there should be no ads. Seems to work for adult content, but plenty of ads for toys between kids shows - the one place I really want to stop them.

 

Is this how it's intended to work (and I need to cancel), or is something fixable? thanks

Are the kids watching on another device to what your watching on?

 

If so get them to log out and back on. 

You absolutely should not be getting third party adverts if you have boost. So it could be a fault that will need to be reported. 

Jump onto live chat to report, make sure you click “chat online” within the green box. Don’t click “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

@Anonymous User The kids content is a mixture of on-demand episodes (boxset) and live channels. There will still be ads in between shows if they are watching the live channels as it is an exact stream of the live channel, just as if they were watching it on Sky. On-demand content won’t have ads.
