Hi I can't seem to get any help. I have only just noticed that now tv are taking two payments every month! One on the 4th and one on 25th of each month is this correct? Tried viewing my payments bills online but there is nothing to show 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ help needed please

Just membership tbh I only purchased it to use netflix

You don't need NOW membership to watch Netflix.

 9.99 25th of month and 11.99 on the 4th of each month 🤷‍♀️ have you any idea which one is for now tv? Then I can file a dispute with my bank and claim back the other one for the last 30 months. I presumed this second one was for netflix but that comes out separately to these two

I only noticed because today I have 2 pending for now gb London 2.00 and 9.99 which does add up to the 11.99 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like £9.99 is the entertainment membership and £11.99 is the cinema membership. 

At no point in time NOW has ever billed anyone for Netflix, this is and will always be separate.
