Been charged

Hi there I have purchased the entertainment pass and it won’t let me watch it keeps asking me to buy it again I have logged out and in, the charged is on my bank I want to talk to someone but can’t find a number or live chat, this is a joke

We would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund.
