BBC channels

We can’t watch any BBC channels. IPlayer works fine. We has run scan after scan, done a full factory reset and done the broadband checks. Trying to watch any BBC  channel and it breaks up, starts and stops and sometimes goes to either “no signal” screen or a black screen. Everything else and other channels work perfectly. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

No, aerial checked and all other channels fine. It’s BBC 1, 2 & 4, BBC news. I just cannot work it out ☹️
