Adverts before Kids show?

It would appear that NowTv think it’s appropriate to have adverts for cat food to be show for a show for the under fives?
After making several complaints about this, I was informed by an advisor from complaints department that NowTv have no control of adverts????

Why pay for a streaming service then? Could just watch commercial tv, at least that FREE!!!!!!?

The adverts/trailers are usually on a Sky channel. Now TV has started pumping these adverts/trailers on before most of the on demand content. 

Normally I have to sit through adverts for the English Premiership or cricket which I have literally zero interest in, nor have I ever watched or want to watch it. 

 

But yes there is nothing we can do as customers. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
