Added on Boost - sound cutting out

We just added on boost to our package and ever since when we stream anything through NOW the sound cuts out every few seconds. We’ve never had this problem before, any suggestions to resolve welcome!

How did you add boost, has it been 4 hours since applying? 

Usually best way to resolve boost not being fully activated is by logging out and back into the device.

If you've added Boost via our website, your account could take up to 4 hours to reflect the fact that you've added it. To get around this, you can trigger your account to update by signing out of the NOW app and signing back in again.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
