I just chage my bank and they took 10p from my account I've been with now TV for maybe 2 years now is this refundable or will the price next mouth drop so I can get my 10p back please let me know

Because you have changed Banks, this is a pretty standard procedure where NowTV are just checking the validity of your new card.
There is a paragraph mentioned in this help article below where the 10p authentication fee is re credited back to your bank straight away.
