Unable to cancel a pass

I've been trying to cancel a pass for days whenever i log in and go to my passes i just get the 4 rotating coloured circles i've left it for hours at a time and nothing happens this has been going on for days also can't seem to get the get in touch option to work either starting to get a bit hacked off with it!!

Try disabling your ad blocker and clearing cookies on your device, if that fails maybe try a different internet browser when accessing your My Account.
