Somethings not right..

setup my eetv box the other day and applied entertainment pass

 

worked ok for 2 days now will not login, gives me somethings not right error...

 

tried everything ive seen suggested..a couple of times...

 

change password

power down eetv

 

 

no joy, working ok on my other devices but not eetv..

 

help?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Sorry to hear that your having some problems with NOW TV on your EE Box.

 

The only thing that we can suggest would be to try doing a System Update to your box.

 

If that doesn't resolve the issue the next step would be to contact EE with the MAC address of your EE TV so they can look into this further for you.

 

You can do this via 150 on your EE phone or via the web here
