Re: it wont let me finish

I have already set my now tv up. Have gone to watch a film on now tv thru my ee box and its telling me to sign in have done that and then when i click sign in literally nothing happens ?

Are you able to try completely resetting the box by turning it off at the plug for a few minutes and trying again?

 

Do you get an error message at all or just nothing? Is this on all content?

 

Please let us know and we'll look into this further.

It does absolutly nothing when i go to click sign in. i have updated the ee box unplugged it and plugged it back in but nothing.

Might be worth checking that your account is all set up properly.

 

If you click My Account > My Passes at the top of the Help Forum can you see your active pass ?
