A lot of customers are experiencing difficulties at the moment using the NOW TV streaming service (especially if you haven't got the Boost Membership).
NOW are aware of it and attempting to get this on going problem resolved.
Last time i checked NOW Twitter yesterday evening customers are still reporting various streaming problems on different devices and NOW TV content.
