Sorry I don’t watch South Park via NOW, as I watch it on Paramount+ and have never had any issues with it.

Can you unmark my post as a solution as I was only asking a question.

When you say advert, you need to be specific. Is this a promo trailer for Sky content or a third party advert like Tesco or Halfords?
