can anyone tell me why i keep getting no conent avaialable when i go into collections

hi thanks have checked settings and are running on 8.0.3 but still cannot browse all catregories

Are you seeing a HDCP content message on your TV screen ?

 

If so, have a read of this help guide

Or can you see the nowtv menu and there is no entertainment, cinema or kids content showing ?
